• One lemon’s juice.
• 1 tablespoon of corn starch.
• 1 Almond to decorate.
Steps
The San Marcos cake requires that you dedicate time to its preparation. Well, it is not a complicated recipe, but it needs dedication, because it is laborious. Step 1
In a bowl add the 4 eggs and 200 grams of sugar and start beating until they can whiten. Then, little by little, add the previously sifted wheat flour and a pinch of salt.

Keep stirring the mixture and add the melted butter. Then cover with parchment paper and add the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and cook the preparation for about 15 minutes. Then, let cool and cut into three equal pieces.
