Gypsy arm with dulce de leche

Gypsy arm with dulce de leche

Ingredients for Gypsy arm with dulce de leche

* 110 grams of flour
* 110 grams of sugar
* 100 grams of dulce de leche
* powdered sugar
* butter

1. Beat the eggs
Beat the eggs, with hand whisks, in a bowl with the sugar until they double in volume.

2. Add the flour
Add the flour little by little, using a sieve, continuing to beat until completely incorporated.

3. Brush the mold
Line the oven tray with a sheet of parchment paper and brush it with a little butter.  Spread the prepared dough on the paper and spread it so that it is the same thickness on all sides.

4. Bake the dough
Bake it in the oven, preheated to 170º, for 12 or 14 minutes, until the surface begins to brown.  Remove and let it rest for a few minutes, until the cake is warm.

5. Spread with dulce de leche
Peel it off the paper, being careful not to tear it, place it on a work table and spread one side of the cake with most of the dulce de leche.  Roll it up and sprinkle it with icing sugar.

6. Decorate and serve
Decorate it with the rest of the dulce de leche in the form of threads and serve it cut into portions.
