POTATO STICKS
Potato sticks are a popular snack made from thinly sliced and fried potatoes. They are often seasoned with various flavors, such as salt, pepper, or spices, to enhance their taste. Potato sticks are known for their crispy texture and are typically enjoyed as a crunchy, savory treat.
Ingredients:
3-4 potatoes
2g pepper
110g corn starch
8g salted parsley
100g cheese
30ml oil
3g paprika
1l of water (4 cups)
Preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into squares and cook. Grind them and add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, cheese and mix. Add the cornstarch and knead it.
2. Divide the mixture into two pieces. Make one piece larger, and make the other smaller stripes.
3. The largest stripes are placed in the pan and covered with oil mixed with paprika. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes.
4. The smallest stripes are fried in a pan. Serve.
