Shell soup
Shell soup, often crafted with a variety of seafood shells, brings a rich and robust flavor to the table. This aromatic broth is created by simmering shells from shrimp, crab, or other shellfish, along with vegetables and seasonings, to extract every bit of savory essence.
Ingredients
1 package shell soup
3 tomatoes
1 piece of onion
1 garlic
1 chipotle chili (optional)
c/n chicken broth or water
2 carrots
2 pumpkins
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of cilantro
c/n salt
w/ pepper
w/ pepper
Preparation
1-First we are going to brown the soup in a pot with a little oil over high heat, being careful not to burn it.
2-We blend 3 tomatoes, 1 piece of onion, 1 garlic and 1 chipotle chili (optional) with a little water or chicken broth.
3-When the pasta is golden brown, add the tomato sauce, add 1 liter of water or chicken broth, 2 carrots and 2 chopped pumpkins and leave over high heat until it boils.
4-When it is boiling, lower the heat to a simmer, add salt + pepper, chopped spinach and chopped cilantro, mix, leave for 5 minutes…
