Spicy potatos

Spicy potatoes offer a tantalizing explosion of flavors that ignite the taste buds. The potatoes, expertly seasoned with a medley of spices, absorb the fiery kick, creating a dish that is both bold and satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

500 gr of chambray potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
10 stemless tree chiles you can substitute with Japanese
2-3 green lemons, juice
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chicken broth with tomato powder

Preparation

1-Boil the potatoes in enough water and a little salt for about 10 minutes or until they are soft, but firm.

2-Place the chilies, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice and oil in the blender.

3-Blend until everything is completely integrated.  Booking.

4-Melt the butter in a pan and add the sauce.  Stir and wait for it to boil.

5-Add the potatoes and stir so that the sauce covers the potatoes completely.
Cook for a minute until boiling, turn off the heat and serve.
