CHOCOLATE CAKE

CHOCOLATE CAKE

Chocolate cake is a timeless indulgence, loved by many for its rich, decadent flavor and moist texture. The velvety cocoa goodness of the cake layers, paired with luscious chocolate frosting, creates a symphony of taste that satisfies sweet cravings.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
120g of sugar
150 ml of milk
50ml vegetable oil
150g of flour
30g cocoa powder
5g baking powder
10g gelatin
50ml of water
200g of condensed milk
200 ml of whipped cream
50g chocolate
40ml lukewarm cream

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and salt, and add milk and oil. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

2. Transfer to skillet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

3. Divide the prepared cocoa cookie into two pieces. Transfer the first piece to the mold.

4. In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with whipped cream, mix in gelatin and pour into the mold, cover with the second piece of dark biscuit.

5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

6. Top with the chocolate and cream mixture.Relaxe .
