1 teaspoon of salt (wipe)
1 packet of baking powder
3.5-4 cups of flour

to open

1 tea glass of flour
1 tea glass of starch

1 kg spinach
1 onion
Salt, red pepper powder, black pepper
1 small bowl of cheddar cheese

For the above

1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of oil

Fabrication

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and obtain a soft dough that does not stick to hands. Let’s make 12 balls from the dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

For the stuffing, let’s fry the finely chopped onions in oil for 1-2 minutes and then pour it over the finely chopped spinach. After adding the spices and salt, our stuffing is ready.

Let’s roll out the meringues with flour and starch, approximately the size of a round baking tray. Let’s shape them as in the video. After preparing everything, let’s spread the egg and oil mixture on the pastries. Let’s bake it at 190 degrees until it turns golden brown.
