Salad, a versatile dish, offers a spectrum of flavors, textures, and colors, making it a culinary delight for many. Whether composed of crisp greens, vibrant vegetables, creamy cheeses, crunchy nuts, or tangy dressings, a well-crafted salad can tantalize the taste buds and satisfy the palate.
Ingredients
1 head of broccoli
1 cup of green beans
4 boiled eggs
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup (tea) olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method of preparation
Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain and reserve.
Cook the pod in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and reserve.
Cut the eggs into slices.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
In a bowl, mix the broccoli, green beans, eggs, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and black pepper.
Mix well and serve next.
