CONDENSED MILK SPONGE CAKE

A condensed milk sponge cake is a delightful treat with a rich and moist texture. To make it, start by beating eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Then, gradually add condensed milk while continuing to beat the mixture.

Ingredients:

1 can of condensed milk (400 gr)
4 eggs
120 g of flour
50 gr of butter
11 g of baking powder (1 sachet of baking powder, royal baking powder)

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs + condensed milk (it may take a little time due to the density of the milk).

2. Add the melted butter.  Mingle.  Add the flour + yeast.  Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

3. Grease the mold and bake for 50 minutes at 160°C.  Check cooking by inserting a toothpick to see if it comes out clean.

And ready!  We have a delicious homemade cake.
