BOMBS FILLED WITH CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

500g flour
2 eggs
250 ml milk
8 g brewer’s yeast
40g sugar
3 g of salt
40 g soft butter
2 tablespoons of oil
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

1. Start mixing milk, yeast and sugar.

2. Then combine the eggs, oil, flour, salt and vanilla sugar.

3. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 60/90 minutes at room temperature.

4. Then roll out the dough and form into disks.

5. Let them rest for another 30-40 minutes.

6. Fry in hot oil, dip in sugar and fill.
