Spaghetti pizza
You can now make simple sheet pan spaghetti pizza yourself in a flash! Our recipe with fruity tomatoes and spicy salami is guaranteed to be enjoyed by the whole family.
INGREDIENTS
150g spaghetti
Salt
1 egg (size M)
100 g grated mozzarella (45% fat in dry matter)
2 tbsp wheat flour (Type 405)
6 tbsp canned pizza tomatoes
freshly ground pepper
8 – 12 slices of salami
some fresh basil (optional)
PREPARATION
1. For the spaghetti pizza, cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions, drain and rinse. Line a baking tray with baking paper and prepare a springform pan (approx. Ø 28 cm) without a base.
2. Beat the egg in a bowl with a whisk until foamy. Stir in a quarter of the mozzarella and the flour, mix the mixture with the spaghetti and season everything with salt and pepper.
3. Form the spaghetti into a pizza using the springform pan on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees fan (top/bottom heat: 240 degrees).
4. Remove the ring from the springform pan. Spread spaghetti with pizza tomatoes and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Top with salami. Bake the spaghetti pizza in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
5. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool briefly, cut into pieces and serve, sprinkled with fresh basil if desired. Bon appetit!
