• 1 tablespoon chicken or meat seasoning.
• 1 tablespoon of ground garlic.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Oil for frying.
Steps

Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken pieces well. Then they are seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a large pot, place the chicken pieces and fill it with water until they are half covered. Then, place it over low heat for 10 minutes with the pot lid on.

While it cooks, prepare 2 large bowls. In the first one, place the flour, cornstarch, ground garlic and seasoning and stir well. In the other, place the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and stir very well with a fork.
Step 4
Once the cooking time has passed, the chicken should be removed from the water and dried well. Once this is done, pass each piece of chicken through the flour, then through the egg and again through the flour, ensuring that it is very well coated, and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, heat enough oil in a high pot or skillet to submerge the chicken over medium heat.

Once it is very hot. I took the chicken out of the refrigerator and dipped 2 to 3 pieces in the oil, frying them until they were golden brown on all sides, but without burning the chicken or the oil.

Once fried, let the chicken pieces rest on a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
