Sauteed Meat with Sauce
Sauteed meat with sauce is a delightful dish that combines tender, juicy meat with flavorful sauce, creating a harmony of tastes and textures.
Materials
500 g beef (entrecote)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
8-10 mushrooms
1 medium sized tomato grated
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
250 ml hot water
1 teaspoon of starch
1 teaspoon vegetable powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation of
Chop the meat into long thin strips.
Add oil to a suitable pan, heat it, add the meat and fry it lightly until it changes color.
Close the lid and cook over medium heat until the meat releases its juices.
When the meat has absorbed its water, add butter, add the crescent-shaped onion and garlic, fry, add the tomato paste, stir, add the finely chopped mushrooms and fry, add the grated tomatoes and fry.
Add vegetable powder and starch to 250 ml of water, mix, pour over the meat, add spices, close the lid and cook on low heat for about half an hour until the meat becomes soft. If the water is thick, you can add some hot water.
Enjoy your meal
If you don’t have vegetable powder, you can just use salt. If you have it, you can also use broth.
While I was making a video during the making process, I skipped recording while adding tomatoes.
