Cheesecakes ice cream

Cheesecakes on a stick 🌺

For the ground:

150g flour
60g sugar
60g butter
1 small egg

Knead all ingredients together to form a smooth dough.  Cover the bottom of a 24cm springform pan with baking paper.

Roll out the dough and cover the bottom and sides of the mold with it.  Press down, prick several times with a fork and keep the mold cold.

For the cheese mixture:

500g low-fat quark
125g sugar
2 eggs (separate)
90g margarine
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
Juice of half a lemon
200ml hot milk

Beat margarine, egg yolks and sugar until creamy.  Add the quark, pudding powder and lemon juice and mix well.

Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in.  Finally, carefully stir in the milk.

Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth it out.  If necessary, trim the excess dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees top-bottom heat on the second rack from the bottom for about 55-60 minutes.  Let cool down.  Cut into 12 pieces.

Melt approx. 25g of chocolate (white for me).  Dip ice cream sticks in the chocolate and insert them into the cake pieces.

Spread the cake pieces on a plate and put them in the freezer for about 2 hours.  In the meantime, prepare various chocolates, then melt them in a water bath with a little coconut oil.

And then decorate as you wish.
