Banana pancakes

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe bananas

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup (approximately 120 grams) of wheat flour

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• A pinch of salt

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

• 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional, if you prefer them sweeter)

Preparation:

  1. Peel the ripe bananas and put them in a large bowl. Then, mash them with a fork until you get a puree.

  7. Carefully turn the pancakes over and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
