Brownies super juicy

Brownies super juicy🍫 🤎

Gluten-free brownies are perfect with this recipe.  Juicy, chocolaty and so light.   The dough ends up in the oven in just 20 minutes.  So easy!

INGREDIENTS

150g butter
300 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
70 g ground hazelnuts
2 tbsp baking cocoa (slightly deoiled)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
150 g fine cane sugar
3 eggs (size M)
some butter for the mold

PREPARATION

1st step
Cut the butter into pieces and roughly chop the chocolate.  Put both in a metal bowl and melt over a hot water bath.  Stir together until smooth, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

2nd step
In the meantime, lightly grease a baking dish or a small tray (approx. 25 x 30 cm) and line it with a strip of baking paper so that you can lift the brownie out of the tin later.  Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.  Mix hazelnuts, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

3rd step
Mix sugar and eggs until foamy.  Gradually add the melted butter and chocolate mix (not too hot!) in a thin stream, stirring slowly.  Add the hazelnut mix and quickly fold into the smooth dough.

4th step
Pour the dough into the prepared form and smooth it out.  Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool briefly, then remove from the tin and let cool completely on a wire rack.  Makes approx. 16 pieces.

Our tip: test your chopsticks!
It’s best to test whether the brownie is ready immediately after 15 minutes.  Poke it with a toothpick: If there are (only) a few crumbs left on it, it is already ready and nice and juicy on the inside.  A chocolate dream – gluten-free!
