Steak and fries

Steak and fries make for a classic and satisfying meal. The juicy tenderness of a perfectly cooked steak pairs wonderfully with the crispy, golden exterior and fluffy interior of the fries.

Pepper sauce recipe


– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 1 clove of chopped garlic
– 1 cup of beef broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– Salt to taste

Method :

1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.

4. Stir in the heavy cream and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. Add crushed black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.  Stir well to combine.

6. Season with salt to taste.

7. Simmer for a few more minutes until the flavors blend together
