Chicken with pancakes and potatoes

Chicken with pancakes and potatoes

Chicken with pancakes and potatoes makes for a comforting and satisfying meal. Start by seasoning chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or spices.

Materials;

For the chicken sauté;

4 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken legs (you can also use breast meat)
1 onion
Half;  red, yellow, green pepper
1 tablespoon butter
One teaspoon each of black pepper, cumin, salt, chili pepper, red pepper, thyme

For the pancakes; 

2 glasses of milk,
3 eggs, half a tea glass of oil,
2 glasses of flour.
Bechamel sauce; 
1 tablespoon of butter,
2 tablespoons of flour,
3 glasses of milk, grated nutmeg and salt.
Cheddar cheese
5-6 potatoes (I fried them in Airfyer)

Fabrication;

For the chicken sauté;  Let’s heat the pan, add some oil, and put the chicken meat in it.  Let’s fry it for a while.

Add onion and peppers and continue roasting. When it wilts, add butter, fry it some more and add the spices.

Put all the ingredients for the crepe in a bowl and mix.  Put a ladle on the pan, spread it and cook both sides.  Makes 8-9 pancakes

Bechamel sauce;  Fry the butter and flour for 1-2 minutes. 

Add milk and spices.  Cook until it thickens.

Place the pancakes in a large bowl as seen in the video. 

Sprinkle the chicken sauté, fried potatoes, some béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese and fold it inwards. 

Sprinkle bechamel sauce and cheddar cheese on top and bake at 190 degrees, up and down, until golden brown.
