Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are so moist. The little cakes with banana, chocolate drops and cinnamon are the perfect snack for on the go.
INGREDIENTS (For 12 muffins)
150 g wheat flour (Type 405)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
65g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 medium bananas
2 eggs (size M)
80 ml neutral cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
80 g chocolate chips
PREPARATION
1st step
Line a muffin tin (12 cavities) with paper cases and preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (fan oven: 160 degrees).
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and sift, then add the remaining dry ingredients.
2nd step
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork, crack the eggs and add them to the dry ingredients along with the banana puree, oil and chocolate chips. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
3rd step
Using two tablespoons, pour the finished dough into the prepared molds. The molds should be approximately two-thirds filled with dough.
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes. You can store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for at least 3 days.
