2 teaspoons of salt
For the chicken sauté;
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
For the béchamel sauce;
1 tablespoon butter
1.5 tablespoons of flour
1.5 cups of milk (300 ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
Quarter teaspoon black pepper
For the above;
1 cup full fat fresh cheddar cheese
Preparation of
Let’s cut the chicken breast into cubes. Then let’s fry it in the sunflower oil we put in the pan.
After the chicken is cooked, add the chopped red and green peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Then add the tomato paste and spices and mix well.
For the puree, boil the potatoes and peel them, then place them in a deep bowl.
Let’s add butter, milk and salt to it, crush it and turn it into puree and put it in a squeeze bag.
Let’s cut the tip of the piping bag and squeeze the puree into our casseroles.
Let’s place the chickens we prepared on it.
For the béchamel sauce, let’s melt the butter in the sauce pan.
After the butter melts, add the flour and fry it on low heat until its smell disappears.
Then let’s add the milk slowly while stirring.
After it boils and thickens, add salt and pepper, stir and remove from the stove.
Let’s share the béchamel sauce over the chicken.
After adding grated cheddar cheese on top, let it bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Our mashed chicken in the cooked casserole is ready to be served.
I obtained 4 casseroles with these measurements. Enjoy your meal.
