INGREDIENTS
125 g dark chocolate couverture
100g butter
40 g baking cocoa
125g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
2 eggs (size M)
150 g wheat flour (Type 405)
½ tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
150 ml milk
PREPARATION
1. Place paper cases in a muffin tin (12 cavities), preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat (fan oven 160 degrees). Finely chop the couverture, place it in a metal bowl along with the butter and baking cocoa and let it melt over a water bath.
2. In the meantime, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs until foamy. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir in. Mix and sift the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Stir into the dough in 2 batches.
3. Stir milk into the dough so that it becomes more liquid. Divide the dough into the prepared molds and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool down. You can store the chocolate muffins covered at room temperature. Enjoy the muffins!
