Roasted Chicken
Roasted chicken is a classic dish that brings warmth and comfort to any table. The process begins with selecting a fresh, plump bird, which is then seasoned generously with herbs, spices, and perhaps a hint of citrus for extra flavor.
– 2 chicken breasts (medium size)
– 6 chicken shanks (or drumsticks)
– 1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients for the sauce
– About 1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
– 1 and a half teaspoons of sweet red pepper powder
– 1 full tablespoon of Maggi number 3 chicken spice
Preparation:
The chicken breast is divided in half and deep cuts are made on it (if the chicken breast is too big, you can cut it in the middle and thin it out, it will be divided into four pieces).
A deep cut is made on the shanks, salt is poured and mixed. Oil and spices are poured into the tray we will use, mixed well, all the chickens are coated in sauce and heated at 250-260 degrees.
It is baked for 1 hour in the middle of the preheated oven at the upper and lower setting (you want it to be fully drained and dry.
You can put it at the bottom of the oven for 5-10 minutes, turn on the lower setting and bake it.
