Crispy Mixed Pickles

Crispy mixed pickles are a delightful blend of various vegetables, typically cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, and onions, marinated in a tangy brine and then deep-fried to golden perfection.

Ingredients

2 kg of cucumbers
6 capia peppers
1 head of garlic
200 g Green pepper sweet
for each jar
1 tablespoon of rock salt
1 tea glass of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 or 4 pinches of lemon salt
Boiling (make sure the water is drinking water)
5 1 jars

How To

1. Let’s make sure the vegetables are fresh, let’s chop all the vegetables.

2. Let’s put the chopped vegetables into the jars and pour apple cider vinegar, rock salt, sugar, lemon salt and boiling water into each jar.  Let’s remove the air with a knife, add boiling water again, close the jar lid tightly, turn it upside down and vacuum it.

3. After waiting for 1 night upside down, let’s leave it in a cool place out of sunlight for 1 week. If you plant it, you can open it immediately, or you can also store it in clay throughout the winter.
