Quark pancakes – without flour

These pancakes are made without flour, but with quark. This gives the dough the perfect consistency and makes the pancakes nice and fluffy.

INGREDIENTS (8 pieces)

4 eggs (size M)
120 ml milk
60 g quark (20% fat)
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
20 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Some sunflower oil (for the pan)

PREPARATION

Step 1
Mix the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with a whisk. Lightly grease and heat a coated frying pan.

Add the dough in portions and fry until golden brown on both sides.

The quark pancakes taste great on their own or with jam, powdered sugar and fresh berries.

Our tip: They taste great even without sugar in the dough!  If you don’t want to miss out on particularly sweet toppings, you can leave out the sugar in the quark pancakes completely.
