Lotus Cheesecake

For base

-1 pack of vetch biscuits
-a quarter pack of cocoa petibor biscuits
-80 g butter or margarine

I used a 20 cm springform mold Let’s squeeze wax paper into the base of the mold and cover the outside with foil.
Let’s melt the butter.

Let’s put the biscuits through the food processor and mix them with the oil.

Let’s pour it on the bottom of the mold and flatten it by pressing. Let’s put it in the fridge until we prepare the cake.

Ingredients for Cheesecake

-400 g labneh cheese
-Tomorrow box (100 ml) of liquid cream
-1 tea glass of sugar
-3 eggs
-1 pack of vanillin
-2 full tablespoons of lotus cream
-1 tablespoon of starch
-1 tablespoon flour

Let’s take the labneh, cream and sugar in a suitable bowl and whisk them.

Add the eggs one by one and beat them.

Finally, let’s add the dry ingredients and beat them.

Let’s take the mold from the fridge and pour it on it.

Let’s fill a heat-resistant bowl with water and place it on the bottom of the oven. Let’s place the mold on the classic wire.

Let’s bake it in the oven at 160 degrees up and down for 1 hour.

It shouldn’t be brown on top. It only takes 1 hour to cook it.

After taking it out of the oven and cooling completely

For the above

-100 ml liquid cream
-80 g milk chocolate

Let’s heat the cream and set it aside, melt the chocolate by mixing it with the heat of the cream and drizzle it over it.

For the top
Let’s make the final touch with melted lotus in a double boiler.
