Shrimp with Garlic

Discover a quick and delicious dish: Shrimp with Garlic Parmesan Risotto. A perfect dinner that’s ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 500 g shrimp, peeled
• Salt and pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 125 g butter
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 125 ml dry white wine
• 250 g white rice (uncooked)
• 700 ml chicken stock
• 45 g Parmesan (freshly grated)

Preparation:

1. Prepare shrimp: Season shrimp with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear shrimp on both sides until pink. Set aside.

2. Cook the risotto: In the same pan, fry the butter and garlic briefly over medium heat. Deglaze with white wine and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the rice, pour in the chicken stock and cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Finish: Stir in the parmesan, spread the shrimp on top, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
