Juicy chocolate muffins

You have to try these juicy chocolate muffins! You only need a few ingredients for the simple batter. The muffins with melted chocolate are very quick to make – and so delicious!

INGREDIENTS

125 g dark chocolate

100 g butter

40 g baking cocoa

125 g sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

2 eggs (size M)

150 g wheat flour (type 405)

½ tsp baking soda

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

150 ml milk

PREPARATION

1. Put paper cases in a muffin tin (12 cavities), preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan oven 160 degrees) with top and bottom heat.  Finely chop the chocolate coating, put it in a metal bowl with the butter and baking cocoa and melt it over a water bath.

2. In the meantime, beat the sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs until foamy. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir in. Mix and sift the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Stir into the dough in 2 portions.

3. Stir the milk into the dough to make it more liquid. Divide the dough into the prepared molds and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool. You can keep the chocolate muffins covered at room temperature. Enjoy the muffins!
