Chocolate cheesecake brownies

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
100 g dark chocolate
125 g butter
120 g sugar
2 eggs (size M)
100 g wheat flour (type 405)
1 pinch of salt
2 – 3 tbsp baking cocoa
some butter for the mold
FOR THE CHEESECAKE MIXTURE
200 g cream cheese
1 egg (size M)
50 g powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
PREPARATION
1st step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (fan oven: 160 degrees). Grease a small brownie tray (28.5×23 cm) or line it with baking paper.
2nd step
Roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it with the butter in a water bath. Allow to cool briefly. Mix the butter-chocolate mixture with the sugar, gradually add the eggs and mix. Mix the flour, salt and cocoa powder and add to the rest of the dough and mix together.
Step 3
For the cheesecake mixture, briefly mix the cream cheese, egg, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together. Put two thirds of the brownie dough into the tin and smooth it out. Put the entire cheesecake mixture on the dough and spread it evenly.
Step 4
Spread the remaining brownie dough in blobs on the cheesecake mixture and lightly marble it with a fork or wooden skewer. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin. Makes 12 pieces.
