Garlic dip – spicy & so creamy!
The best garlic dip: We’ve got the brilliant recipe with yogurt that you can make yourself quickly and easily.
INGREDIENTS
150 g crème fraîche
100 g natural yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves
1 – 2 sprigs of parsley
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of white ground pepper
1 splash of lemon juice
PREPARATION
Step 1:
Mix the crème fraîche with the yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely or crush them with a press.
Step 2:
Stir in the garlic. Then wash the parsley, drain, pick off the leaves and chop finely. Add the chopped leaves to the dip, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave to stand for 5 minutes. The recipe makes two small bowls.
