Marbled Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 200g chocolate cookies, crushed
• 100g butter, melted
• 400g cream cheese, softened
• 100g sugar
• 200ml heavy cream
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 100g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and mix well.

3. Divide mixture in half. Mix peanut butter into one half and melted chocolate into the other.

4. Spoon dollops of each mixture onto the crust, alternating flavors. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

5. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.

6. Serve and enjoy!
