Salmon cream sauce
The salmon cream sauce becomes an absolute delicious dish with pasta. With salmon fillet and tagliatelle, the quick combination will also convince every guest!
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SALMON CREAM SAUCE WITH PASTA
500 g salmon fillet without skin (frozen or fresh)
1 tbsp butter
400 g ribbon pasta
Salt
250 ml cream (30% fat)
2 tbsp tomato paste (2x concentrated)
2 tsp granulated vegetable stock
100 ml water
freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
ALSO
some fresh parsley to sprinkle on top (optional)
PREPARATION
1. If necessary, let the salmon fillet thaw and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Melt butter in a pan and fry the salmon cubes all over for 2-3 minutes. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and keep warm.
2. Mix the cream with tomato paste, vegetable stock and water, add to the pan with the salmon, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix the pasta with olive oil, divide between plates and serve with salmon cream sauce – sprinkled with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
