Blender Chocolate Cake 🍫⚡️
Quick, easy and delicious! A perfect recipe for chocolate lovers without complications.
Ingredients
For the dough:
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup hot milk
• ½ cup chocolate powder
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder (Royal)
For the topping:
• 1 can (395g) condensed milk
• 1 small box (200g) heavy cream
• 2 tbsp. of chocolate powder (or 4 tbsp. of Nescau)

Preparation method
1️⃣ Prepare the dough:
• In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil.
• Add the hot milk and the chocolate powder, and beat a little more.
• With the blender on, add the flour and finally the yeast. Turn off and mix gently.
2️⃣ Perfect baking:
• Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare the topping:
• In a pot, mix the condensed milk, cream and chocolate powder.
• Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly.
• Do not let it harden too much, as it will take on more consistency when it cools.
4️⃣ Finish the cake:
• Cover the cake with the chocolate frosting and, if desired, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
