Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

Decadent Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake 🍫🍫

Ingredients:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate shavings and chocolate truffle (for garnish)

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the chocolate cookie crust according to package instructions. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes until set. Let it cool completely before proceeding.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is well combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours until it is firm. Once the cheesecake is set, prepare the whipped cream topping. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the chilled cheesecake.

Arrange the chocolate shavings on top of the whipped cream layer. Place the chocolate truffle on top of the whipped cream. Place the cheesecake in the fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and the filling to set perfectly.
