BROWNIE BRIGADEIRO MILK
Brownie filled with brigadeiro nest milk
Ingredients
Brownie:
200 g of semi-sweet chocolate
4 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of wheat flour (tea)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of cocoa powder (powder)
1 spoon (coffee) of yeast
4 eggs
Filling:
1 can of condensed milk
1 spoon (coffee) of wheat flour
1/2 box of cream
100g of white chocolate
3 spoons (soup) full of milk powder.

Preparation method
brownie:
1. Melt the chocolate with the butter and set aside.
In another container, sift the flour and add the sugar, chocolate and yeast. Add the eggs and mix well.
2. Finally, add to the chocolate and butter mixture.
Line a 20cm x 25cm square mould with parchment paper.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes. Once it starts to crisp, it will be perfect.
Filling:
1. Place the condensed milk in a saucepan and add the wheat flour until it is well diluted. Add the rest of the ingredients.
2. Bring to the boil and stir until it begins to thicken. As soon as it boils, stir for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
3. When it is cold, cut the brownie and fill it.
