COLD OREO CAKE

Creamy, cold, and filled with Oreo cookies! The dessert that steals all the likes and is perfect for any celebration.  No oven, no hassle

Ingredients:

For the crust:
200g Oreo cookies (without filling)
80g melted butter

For the filling:

300ml whipping cream
200g cream cheese
100g condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 sheets or 12g unflavored gelatin (hydrated in 60ml of water)

Decoration (optional but irresistible):
Whole or halved Oreos
White chocolate curls or whipped cream
White Oreo filling

Step-by-step preparation:

1️⃣ Crust:  Crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble sand. Mix with melted butter and press into a springform pan (20 cm). Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2️⃣ Filling: Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Separately, mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla. Dissolve the gelatin in the microwave (10 seconds), let it cool, and then whisk in quickly. Combine everything with a folding motion.

3️⃣ Assembly: Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth it out. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

4️⃣ Decoration: Add Oreos on top, chocolate curls, whipped cream, or the reserved white filling.

Visual tip: You can make a middle layer with crushed Oreos so that each slice has little surprise pieces.
