Cheesecake in Tartlets: Irresistible Mini Delights

Can you imagine the creaminess of cheesecake combined with a crunchy tartlet base? These mini tarts have it ALL! Perfect for sharing (or not) and as pretty as they are delicious.

Ingredients for 6 pieces:

• 1 sheet of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
• 200 g cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation:

1️⃣ Line the molds with the dough and prick with a fork.

2️⃣ Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

3️⃣ Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, cream, and cornstarch until smooth.

4️⃣ Fill the tartlets with the mixture.

5️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.

6️⃣ Let cool and enjoy every creamy bite!
