Vanilla Duo Mousse Glasses

Chocolate and Vanilla Duo Mousse Glasses

Ingredients :

For the chocolate mousse:
– 200 grams of dark chocolate
– 3 eggs
– 30 g of sugar
– 1 pinch of salt

For the vanilla mousse:
– 250 ml whole liquid cream
– 50 g of icing sugar
– 1 scoop of vanilla

Decoration:
– Cocoa powder

Instructions :

1. Preparation of chocolate mousse:
– Melt the dark chocolate in the bathtub or microwave.
– Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Add the melted chocolate yellows and mix well.
– Ride snow white with a pinch of salt. Add sugar little by little until you get firm peaks.
– Gently insert snow white with melted chocolate.

2. Preparation of vanilla mousse:
– Crack the vanilla bean and scratch the seeds.
– In a bowl, whip the cold cream well with the icing sugar and vanilla seeds until you get a firm whipped cream.

3. Editing:
– In inclined glasses (placed in a inclined muffin mold, for example), alternate a layer of chocolate mousse and a layer of vanilla mousse to create stripes.
– Repeat the operation until the glasses are filled.

4. Finishing:
– Leave glassware in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
– Sprinkle cocoa powder before serving.
