Luscious Chocolate Cream Delight

Ingrédients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 cups sugar
– 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 1 cup boiling water
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9-inch cake pans.

2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla, then stir in boiling water until smooth.

4. Divide batter between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.

5. Cool cakes completely, then layer with whipped cream made from heavy cream and powdered sugar.

6. Pour chocolate ganache over the top and refrigerate for 1 hour.
