Delicious Magic Chocoflan

Ingredients:

Caramel:

1/2 cup white sugar

Flan:

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Cake:

1 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Preparation:

1. Melt the sugar in a pan until it forms a golden caramel and pour it into a greased mold

2. Blend all the flan ingredients until smooth and set aside

3. Mix the dry ingredients of the cake, then add the liquids and beat until you get a homogeneous batter

4.  Pour the cake mix over the caramel in the mold, then carefully pour the flan mix over the batter

5.  Cover with foil and bake in a double boiler for 1 hour at 180°C (356°F)

6.  Let it cool, refrigerate for 4 hours, and unmold! The magic reverses the  Layers!
