Delicious Tropical Fruit Cheesecake
Ingredients:
200g crushed Maria cookies
100g melted butter
400g cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi)
2 sachets of gelatin hydrated in 1/2 cup water
Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix the cookies with the butter and cover the bottom of a pan, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate.
2️⃣ Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Stir in the whipping cream and melted gelatin.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture over the cookie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
5️⃣ Decorate with tropical fruits of your choice for a fresh and colorful touch.
