Vanilla cake with dulce de leche
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup of sugar (200 g)
1 cup of milk (250 ml)
1⁄2 cup melted butter (125 g)
2 cups of wheat flour (300 g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (13 g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
500 g dulce de leche (poster)
400 ml whipping cream

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a mold
24 cm round.
2. Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture is white. Add milk, butter and vanilla, mix well.
3. Incorporate flour with sesame baking powder, beating gently.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until stick insert comes out clean. Let it cool down.
5. Cut the cake into 3 layers. Fill each layer with dulce de leche.
6. Whip the cream until set and cover the entire cake. Decorate with dulce de leche on top using a pastry sleeve.
