Caramel Chocolate
Caramel Chocolate No-Bake Pie
Ingredients
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
For the chocolate layer:
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
For the cream layer:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed
For the topping:
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Chocolate chunks or chopped chocolate bars for garnish

Preparation
* To make the crust mix the graham cracker crumbs sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
* To make the chocolate layer whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk in a medium bowl until smooth and thickened. Spread evenly over the prepared crust.
* To make the cream layer in a large bowl beat the softened cream cheese powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain.
* Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
* Drizzle the caramel sauce and chocolate fudge sauce over the top of the pie.
* Garnish with chocolate chunks or chopped chocolate bars.
* Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm before slicing and serving.
