Jungle Cake black
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup of sugar (200 g)
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder (60 g)
1⁄2 cup melted butter (125 g)
1 cup of milk (250 ml)
2 cups of flour (300 g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (13 g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
300 g of cherries in marble
500 ml whipping cream (whipped cream)
3 tablespoons of icing sugar
150 g of grated chocolate

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a 24 cm mold.
2. Beat eggs in sugar until double the volume. Just add butter, milk and vanilla.
3. Incorporate flour, cocoa and baking powder sift. Mix until you combine.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and cut cake into 3 layers.
5. Beat the cream with icing sugar until it gets firm peaks.
6. Filling the cake alternating whipped cream and cherries. Cover with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with cherries.
