Cold fruit cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 pack of cookies
1 bar of unsalted butter
1 can of fruit in almibar (fruit only)
3 envelopes of grenetine
1 cream cheese
1 evaporated milk
1 condensed milk
Fresh fruit for decoration

Procedure:

First: I crushed the cookies in the processor, as they were made into dust I emptied them into a tupper where I stirred the butter with the cookie powder.

Second: emptied the evaporated, condensed, and Philadelphia cheese into the blender and I started grinding since it was liquefied I added the grenetine in the form of a thread already hydrated.

And lastly I put the biscuit in a mold and flattened I planed it until it was firm and then drained the mixture and fruit and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
