Nutella Puff Pastry Bombs

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

6–8 tsp Nutella

1 egg (beaten, for brushing)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Cut puff pastry into squares.

3. Place 1 tsp Nutella in the center of each square.

4. Fold corners together and pinch edges tight to seal.

5. Brush with egg wash and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

2. Nutella Lava Bomb Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Chocolate cupcake batter (your favorite recipe or box mix)

½ cup Nutella

Whipped cream or frosting (optional)

Steps:

1. Bake cupcakes and let cool slightly.

2. Use a knife or piping tip to hollow the center.

3. Pipe or spoon Nutella inside until full.

4. Frost the top or drizzle with melted chocolate.

5. When you bite in → Nutella “lava bomb”!

3. Nutella Ice Cream Bomb

Ingredients:

Vanilla or chocolate ice cream

½ cup Nutella (softened)

Crushed hazelnuts or cookies

Steps:

1. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap.

2. Fill halfway with softened ice cream.

3. Add a big spoon of Nutella in the center.

4. Cover with more ice cream, smooth, and freeze solid.

5. Unmold, roll in nuts or cookie crumbs, slice, and serve.
