Chocolate Cheesecake Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate ganache (1 cup dark chocolate + 1/2 cup cream)
1 cup whipped cream
Chocolate curls for decoration

Preparation :
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake layer. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 40-45 minutes. Cool in the pan.
Prepare ganache by heating cream and pouring over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
Spread ganache over the cheesecake layer. Pipe whipped cream around the edges and top with chocolate curls.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
