Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow Bars
Ingredients
For the Coconut Filling
2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk (if needed)
For the Chocolate Coating
300 g milk or dark chocolate
1 tbsp vegetable oil or butter (optional, for smoothness)

Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Coconut Filling
In a bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Add a little milk if the mixture is too dry.
Mix until it forms a soft dough.
2️⃣ Shape the Bars
Take small portions and shape into rectangles or cubes.
Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
3️⃣ Coat with Chocolate
Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (30-second intervals).
Stir in oil or butter for a shiny finish.
Dip each coconut bar into melted chocolate and coat evenly.
4️⃣ Finish
Place on parchment paper and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until chocolate sets.
Tips
Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
Add a little cream cheese to the filling for extra softness.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
