BANANA CAKE

Banana cake is a delightful confection that perfectly blends the natural sweetness of ripe bananas with the comforting texture of cake. This moist and flavorful dessert captivates the senses with its enticing aroma and soft, tender crumb.

Ingredients:

Bananas
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanillin
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 cups of milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon vanillin
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup of sugar
80g chocolate
200ml whipped cream
1 cup of cold milk

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar.  Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla.  Beat.  Add flour, cocoa, baking powder.  Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Cool the cake.  Gently cut the top of the cake with a knife, stepping back a few inches from the edges.

2. Mix all the custard ingredients.  Bring to thickening over low heat.  After the cream has thickened, turn off the heat, add butter and vanillin.  Cool the cream.

3. Cooking whipped cream in a bowl, beat a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream.  Mix with custard.  Grind the chocolate.
