CORN CAKE

Corn cake is a delectable dessert that celebrates the natural sweetness and versatility of corn. Commonly made with cornmeal, sugar, and butter, this moist and flavorful cake offers a delightful texture and a hint of corn’s distinct taste.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
400g sweet corn
250ml milk
125g corn flour
200g brown sugar
125ml oil
80g coconut
13g baking powder

Preparation:

1. In a bowl with sweet corn, put the eggs.  Mix and put in the blender.  Add milk, corn flour, sugar, oil, coconut, baking powder and mix everything.

2. In the pan covered with butter, put the mixture.  Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
