• 1 tablespoon of salt.

• 60 g of sugar.
• 15 g of dry yeast.
Preparation of condensed milk buns
As they are buns that need to ferment and rise, the preparation may take longer than normal, but even so, the steps to make them are super simple. So make sure you follow these instructions:
• You will have to warm the milk and then add the sugar and dry yeast until they have been incorporated very well.
• Let it rest for about 15 minutes for the yeast to activate.
• In a container, add the egg yolks, the whole egg and the condensed milk. Stir to create a uniform mixture.
• Pour the mixture from step 1 into the container with the egg and condensed milk. Mix until everything is incorporated.
• Slowly add the wheat flour along with the salt and mix little by little.
• When you have a dough, you can start kneading on a counter or any other flat surface for at least 10 minutes until you have a smooth dough and all the ingredients have been compacted.
• Grease a bowl with oil and let the dough rest for about two hours, until it increases in size.
• Once the two hours have passed, divide the dough into 9 portions and place it on a tray to let it rest for at least 30 more minutes.
• Preheat the oven to 180°, let it bake for 25 minutes and you are done.
